Policies
When you book a reading or a healing journey, you are reserving my undivided time and attention for that specific slot. To ensure a truly impactful session, it is important to arrive on time, honoring not only your own commitment but also my time.
Please note that if you happen to arrive late for a scheduled reading or healing journey, your session will still conclude at the designated time. We are unable to provide extensions or refunds for late arrivals.
You must be in a peaceful and private space, free from any disruptions, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the experience.
Please also ensure that all necessary information is provided no later than 48 hours prior to the session. Failure to adhere to these prerequisites will result in the cancellation of the session without a refund.

Refund Policy
For Psychic-Mediumship & Intuitive Guidance:
In the event that we fail to establish a connection within the initial 5 minutes of our reading, you will be entitled to a full refund.
To ensure the synchronization of energies and foster proactive teamwork, I offer an extended 10-minute refund policy. If either party feels dissatisfied with the connection within the first 10 minutes of the reading, the session will be concluded, and a full refund will be issued without any inquiries.
Refunds will not be issued after the initial 10 minutes, regardless of any connection issues or if all questions have been addressed before the scheduled session ends.

Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the specified timeframe.
Please ensure that the mandatory form is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled healing journey. If the form is not submitted within the specified timeframe, the session will be canceled, your payment will be forfeited, and a refund will not be issued.
